We moved in as three and within a year we were eleven. We changed space twice inside the same location without ever redoing a contract from scratch, and that's why we're still here.

How much does it cost to work at WAO?
A day desk costs €25 per person per day. A dedicated desk starts at €350 per month per desk, and the price changes with the location. Private offices are tailor-made: it depends on the floor area and how many of you there are.
What's included in the price?
Everything you need to work: a desk, high-performance wifi, meeting rooms bookable from the app, phone booths, 24/7 access, reception, break area and the community events. Nothing charged by use.
Do the prices include VAT?
No, every price shown is excluding VAT.
Contracts and requirements
How long is the contract?
The contract length is flexible: WAO takes you in from a single month upwards.
Do I need a VAT number?
No. Companies, freelancers, employees working remotely and students all work at WAO. All we ask for is your billing details.
Spaces and services
Can I bring my own monitor or set up my desk?
Yes — with a dedicated desk the desk is yours: monitor, stands and whatever else you need stay there.
Is there a private office for my team?
WAO has private offices for 2 to 100 people, furnished and customisable with your brand. Let's go through it together and put a quote to you.
Meeting rooms and events
How do the meeting rooms work?
Meeting rooms are bookable from the app, and come with professional video conferencing systems.
Can I host an event at the location?
Yes: the locations have meeting rooms and event spaces for up to 150 people, with catering and audio/video services on request.
Access and everyday life
Can I come in during the evening or at the weekend?
Yes — with a dedicated desk you get a 24/7 badge: come in whenever you want, public holidays included.
Can I bring my dog?
Yes, every location is pet friendly.
Can I have parcels delivered here?
Yes, reception takes in personal and business parcels and lets you know when they arrive.
