The role
You will be the first and the last point of contact for the people living in the property. Your role is to guarantee a smooth experience, consistent with WAO's identity, from arrival to departure, and through everything that happens in between.
What you'll do
- Check-in and check-out of guests, management of bookings and stay contracts
- Welcoming, orienting and handling the daily requests of residents and guests
- Coordination with the operations and maintenance team to resolve issues across the property
- First-level complaint handling
- Front desk coverage and of the common areas during the assigned shifts
- Administrative management of stay paperwork (registrations, documents, payments)
Who we're looking for
- Experience: even minimal, in similar roles (hotel front office, living, hospitality, customer service, retail).
- Languages: Italian and English required; knowing other languages will be considered a plus
- Mindset: Empathetic, calm under pressure, people-oriented.
- Digital: Comfortable with management software, PMS or booking tools (Mews, Opera or similar are a plus).
What we offer
Contract and pay:
- Collective agreement and pay: Commercio, level VI
- Contract: 6-month fixed term, aimed at a permanent contract
- Hours: shifts over 5 days, covering weekends, nights and public holidays on a rota
- Meals: 20 meal vouchers a month, €8 each
- Welfare: €500 a year provided through a Coverflex card
- Further benefits: a €1,200 annual voucher to spend on a WeRoad trip; a set of discounts reserved for WAO
